chesapeake bay boca wrap.

when my mother and grandmother know i am coming to visit their freezers all of a sudden transform into the frozen "veggie" section as seen in major supermarkets. it almost feels like a challenge to make something exciting from it. since my family is originally from baltimore, md (pronounced ballmer, merlin); old bay seasoning is a staple in their kitchens. this recipe is very reminiscent of the macgyver-esque recipes i would come up with while visiting them.

chesapeake bay boca wrap.
ingredients:

old bay seasoning
2 boca burger original patties, thawed & coarsely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups alfalfa sprouts
1 1/2 cups lettuce, chopped
2 flour tortilla shells
olive oil spray
sriracha hot sauce, to taste (optional)

instructions:
1.) spray a large non-stick skillet with olive oil spray to coat and bring to a medium-high heat. add chopped onions and boca burger.
2.)
sprinkle with enough old bay seasoning to coat and continuously stir until onions are translucent, spraying a bit more olive oil at a time to prevent burning. this should take about 7-10 minutes.

3.) lay out tortilla shells and add half the lettuce, sprouts, burger and onion mixture to each.

4.) add a small amount of sriracha hot sauce and fold bottom part of tortilla, tucking in sides as you roll. serve and enjoy!
